On some planets, all the jobs were held by rabbits. Rabbit police, rabbit doctor, rabbit everything. The rabbit population had swelled so much that it became necessary for the local government to find things for them to do. It hadn't been easy. Not all rabbits made good employees.
At the local police station, for instance, the rabbit police had been unable to keep up with their duties. Whenever a case came in, the rabbits would just sit there, twitching their whiskers and nibbling on carrots. The locals had grown exasperated and, eventually, had replaced all the rabbits with humans.
The same thing had happened at the hospital, the fire department, and even the schools. Everywhere the rabbits went, trouble seemed to follow. It was a shame, really, since the rabbits were all so cute and cuddly. But in the end, they just weren't cut out for the jobs.
